Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures in tailoring and design, adhering to TEVETA standards.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and assessments.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be accredited by TEVETA (Technical Education, Vocational, and Entrepreneurship Training Authority).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage students.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in classroom lecturing, preferably in tailoring and design or a related field.
- An advanced Certificate in Tailoring and Design or a related discipline.
