We are hiring Team Leaders for the following locations:

  • Lusaka (x2)
  • Kabwe (x1)
  • Ndola (x1)
  • Solwezi (x1)
  • Chipata (x1)
  • Chinsali (x1)
  • Mansa (x1)
  • Choma (x1)

Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, your role will include:

  • Leading a team to market and sell Bestlife Insurance products.
  • Recruiting and maintaining a team of sales agents.
  • Training, motivating, and managing your team to achieve sales targets.
  • Pursuing and securing new business sales opportunities.
  • Providing excellent customer care services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be 27 years old and above.
  • A Grade 12 certificate with credits or better, including Mathematics and English.
  • A Diploma in any Business Studies is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience; knowledge of the insurance industry is an added advantage.
  • Ownership of a smartphone is an advantage but not a requirement.

Contract & Remuneration

  • Contract Duration: 2-year performance-based renewable contract.
  • Competitive Remuneration Package: Includes retainer + commission.
