We are hiring Team Leaders for the following locations:
- Lusaka (x2)
- Kabwe (x1)
- Ndola (x1)
- Solwezi (x1)
- Chipata (x1)
- Chinsali (x1)
- Mansa (x1)
- Choma (x1)
Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, your role will include:
- Leading a team to market and sell Bestlife Insurance products.
- Recruiting and maintaining a team of sales agents.
- Training, motivating, and managing your team to achieve sales targets.
- Pursuing and securing new business sales opportunities.
- Providing excellent customer care services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be 27 years old and above.
- A Grade 12 certificate with credits or better, including Mathematics and English.
- A Diploma in any Business Studies is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience; knowledge of the insurance industry is an added advantage.
- Ownership of a smartphone is an advantage but not a requirement.
Contract & Remuneration
- Contract Duration: 2-year performance-based renewable contract.
- Competitive Remuneration Package: Includes retainer + commission.
