Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


  • Capable of handling IT Hardware (Repair & maintenance of Laptops, Desktops, Printers & Copiers).Capable of handling Software (MS office, Operating Systems, configuration & troubleshooting).Product Knowledge: Understand the technical specifications and intricacies of the product or service being sold.Client Interaction: Meet with potential and existing clients to
    assess their needs, provide product demonstrations, and explain how
    products meet those needs.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Technical Support: Offer after-sales support to clients, assisting
    them with technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in systems.Training: Provide training to the internal teams about products and their applications.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Should have a Degree in ICT or related FieldAt least 2 years Technical Experience in ICTSales Skills: Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
    skills to convey complex technical information in a clear manner.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

between technical teams and customers, ensuring that clients not only
purchase the products but also understand and effectively utilize them.
