Our client is currently seeking to hire a  highly motivated, high-energy, and tech-savvy Telesales and Social Media Intern to drive sales, online engagement, and content creation.

Job Summary:

As a Telesales and Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in generating leads, managing social media, creating engaging content, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Make outbound sales calls to generate leads and conversions
– Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
– Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, graphics) to drive brand awareness and engagement
– Develop and implement content strategies to increase followers and engagement
– Engage with customers and respond to inquiries
– Monitor analytics and optimize sales/social media strategies
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and marketing goals

Requirements:

– Excellent  communication and sales skills
– Strong social media knowledge
– Ability to withstand pressure and meet targets
– Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite)
– Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a relevant degree
– Creative writing and graphic design skills (added advantage)
