Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Branding & Trade Marketing Roll-Out:   
– Lead the implementation of regional trade marketing and activation initiatives,
ensuring alignment with national strategies and local market needs.
– Ensure timely execution of branding, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives
across the respective zone.
– Collaborate with the central marketing team to adapt national campaigns for
local market execution, ensuring maximum impact.

Campaign Coordination & Activation:   
– Develop and manage regional marketing execution plans, including tactical
activations and promotional programs to enhance brand visibility and drive
sales.
– Coordinate and execute product sampling, in-store promotions, POS (Point of
Sale) material roll-outs, events, and regional activations.
– Ensure smooth distribution and maintenance of marketing materials and
promotional assets across the zone.

Reporting & Research:   
– Provide regular reports on product performance, pricing, media activity, and
competitive trends through ITOS (In Trade Observational Surveys) and other
methodologies.

– Track and analyze competitive activities within the zone, providing actionable
feedback to the central team for competitor response strategies.
– Monitor the effectiveness of regional activations and provide data-driven insights
for optimization of future initiatives.

Vendor & Asset Management:   
– Manage relationships with local vendors and suppliers for all promotional and
activation requirements within the region.
– Oversee the distribution of promotional materials and ensure proper asset
management and maintenance of all regional marketing tools.
– Ensure vendors meet deadlines and quality standards for trade marketing
materials, events, and activations.

Brand Activation Calendar:   
– Build and maintain a detailed regional brand activation calendar, ensuring that
all marketing activities are executed according to plan and within set timelines.
– Work closely with the central team to integrate regional activations into the
overall national marketing calendar and business objectives.

Feedback & Growth Initiatives:   
– Provide timely feedback on competitor actions, market conditions, and
consumer behavior in the region, offering recommendations for improvement.
– Propose action plans to enhance market growth and ensure the brand remains
competitive in the region.

Material Distribution & Asset Maintenance:   
– Oversee the distribution of POS materials and promotional assets across the
region, ensuring timely delivery and proper usage.
– Monitor the maintenance of marketing assets in retail outlets, ensuring they
remain in good condition and effectively promote the brand.

Key Requirements:
Education:   
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or experience in trade marketing is a plus.

Experience:   
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or regional
campaign execution within the FMCG industry.

– Proven experience in managing regional activations, promotions, and vendor
relationships.
