1. JOB TITLE: BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION LECTURER X 2
JOB PURPOSE:
To teach undergraduate level, conduct research in respective field of specialization or related programs, offer consultancy services and participate in all academic functions of the University.
Develop, create, and deliver lectures and presentations in order to impart skills and knowledge to students as per learning objectives in the course curriculum using a variety of teaching tools including lessons, assignments, group work, and helping in research and providing other academic assignments as appropriate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct lectures for full time, part time, distance and online classes
- Prepare course outlines and teaching materials
- Prepare lesson plans
- Conduct and develop research programs
- Supervise and assess students
- Curriculum development
- Develop academic content (modules)
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

4. JOB TITLE: QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure compliance and provide quality assurance management on all university systems and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage university quality assurance systems
- Ensure adherence and compliance on all regulations from key stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate all internal and external quality assurance programs and reviews
- Manage and coordinate all required internal and external inspections
- Coordinate data and validation process, procedures and programs
- Provide specialist support to all stakeholders
- Develop new programs and modules

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the maintenance of financial information and submitting financial returns to appropriate regulators and other interested parties.

6. JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN X 2
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide current and relevant materials to library users and maintain order during operating hours of the library.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Librarian in the planning, selection, acquisition, cataloguing and organization of library materials
- Help library users to locate resources, provide research support and offer instruction on using library tools and databases effectively
- Participate in offering reference and research services such as formulating research questions, accessing relevant information and developing effective search strategies to library users
- Contribute to the management of library technology resources, including library systems, databases and online platforms
- Work with colleagues within the library and across the university community to develop and implement programs, services, and initiatives that support teaching, learning and research
- Collect data and participate in evaluating usage and relevance of library materials to determine trends and therefore make informed decisions about collection development and resource allocation
- Undertake administrative tasks as assigned by the Librarian which could include report writing, research, budget tracking, surveys, managing database, repairing damaged books, sending notices and effecting penalties for late returns, student registration on tutelage etc
- Provide inputs in quarterly Library reports and make recommendations related to improving procedures in the library
- Assist in the preparation of book displays, shelve books and conduct shelf reading
- Participate in training and overseeing volunteers in all aspects of library management
- Conduct orientation programme for students and members of staff on how to use tutelage, Online Public Access (OPAC) and My Library On Fingertip (MYLOFT)
- Supervise library users by maintaining conducive study environment and dealing with users disrupting orderly conduct
- Source for soft copy books and past papers from other universities
- Ensure that library equipment is maintained in good working order and report any malfunctions as appropriate
- Maintain up to date inventory of library and ICT equipment

7. JOB TITLE: INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) OFFICER
JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure that the Information Communication Technology services of the university are well managed and maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer, maintain and manage the university’s computer systems
- Ensure all ICT hardware and software are properly installed, configured and maintained
- Assist staff and students with ICT issues
- Ensure the security of the university’s computer systems and data
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform regular backups of university systems and data
- Create and manage user accounts, including troubleshooting issues and password recovery
- Develop and implement ICT training programs for staff and students
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and provide recommendations for improvements
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
