Job Summary
- Project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm attitude to all customers
- Display a strong “team player” approach and have patience with colleagues, assist in developing a great team spirit and working environment.
- Always maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
- Be attentive and anticipate all customers’ needs, also double-check all food and beverages before serving.
- Have good communication skills with colleagues, management and customers.
Academic Qualifications and Experience
- GCE O’Level Certificate
- Food Production Hotel and Catering Certificate or Diploma
- At least one year practical experience in the hospitality industry
