Job Description

WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain thorough and precise record-keeping systems for both financial and administrative processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent management skills to oversee daily office operations and address challenges proactively.
  • Generating invoices using ZRA smart invoices.
  • Sourcing materials from both local suppliers and across boarders
  • Generating quotes, writing purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Generating customer statements as well as sending and receiving emails on behalf of the company.
  • Generate reports based on the recorded data

Key Qualifications:

  • Must be male.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a related field.
  • Any qualification in accounting, business administration, or related discipline will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional record-keeping abilities, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in basic banking procedures and financial management.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
