WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough and precise record-keeping systems for both financial and administrative processes.
- Demonstrate excellent management skills to oversee daily office operations and address challenges proactively.
- Generating invoices using ZRA smart invoices.
- Sourcing materials from both local suppliers and across boarders
- Generating quotes, writing purchase orders and delivery notes
- Generating customer statements as well as sending and receiving emails on behalf of the company.
- Generate reports based on the recorded data
Key Qualifications:
- Must be male.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a related field.
- Any qualification in accounting, business administration, or related discipline will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional record-keeping abilities, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in basic banking procedures and financial management.
- Strong team management and leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
