CREED School of Leadership is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Head of Centre to lead our innovative leadership development programs.

About CREED School of Leadership:

CREED School of Leadership, known for its unique outbound experiential learning model, pushes individuals and teams beyond their comfort zones to ignite leadership potential. We utilize low, medium, and high ropes courses (discovery course) to create a safe and challenging environment for reflection and growth.

We serve a diverse clientele, including:

  • Corporate Clients
  • Schools & Higher Education Institutions
  • Youth Groups & NGOs
  • Individuals Seeking Leadership Development

About the Role:

As the Head of Centre, you will be the driving force behind CREED’s success. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the strategic direction and vision for CREED’s dynamic and impactful leadership programs.
  • Overseeing curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge and evidence-based.
  • Building and leading a team of passionate facilitators dedicated to experiential learning and leadership development.
  • Forging strong relationships with diverse target groups, including schools, corporations, and community partners.
  • Spearheading fundraising initiatives to ensure CREED’s financial sustainability and growth.
  • Representing CREED at conferences, industry events, and community gatherings.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, program management, and experiential learning methodologies.
  • A deep understanding of current trends and best practices in leadership development.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for adventure, experiential learning, and inspiring young leaders.
  • A strategic thinker with a clear vision for the future of CREED School of Leadership.

Qualification and Certifications

  • Preferred: Possession of a relevant Master’s degree in Education, Leadership Development, or a related field.
  • Highly Desirable: Certification in a recognized experiential learning program (e.g., Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), Project Adventure, etc.) or relevant facilitation methodologies.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for adventure, experiential learning, and inspiring young leaders.
  • A strategic thinker with a clear vision for the future of CREED School of Leadership.
  • Trained in Low/Mid and high rope courses
