1.    Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Type: Part – Time

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creative design and possess a strong knowledge of graphic design principles. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to create visual graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching graphics for use on various media platforms.
  • Assist in developing brand guidelines for the company and its clients.
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
    Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative design.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or any other professional graphics software
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    Creative and passion for design.
  • Ability to design 3D and animated visuals is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in graphic designing.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Must be in possession of a computer.

Remuneration and operations:

  • For this position, the incumbent is subjected to an independent contractor contract, therefore working hours are flexible provided the required tasks are completed and submitted within the required time-frame;
  • Given this position the incumbent may be required to work additional hours outside the standard working hours from time to time to accommodate the company’s operational requirements, and this may include after hours, weekends and/or public holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creative design and possess a strong knowledge of graphic design principles. As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to create visually striking graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the direct supervisor with video editing and motion graphics for use on digital platforms such as social media.
  • Work closely with the graphic designer to create eye-catching graphics for use on various media platforms.
  • Participate in field work activities such Billboard installation and photo/ video shooting.
  • Social Media scheduling and posting
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative design.
    Not limited to the above.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Creative and passion for video editing and design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or any other professional design software.
  • Currently pursuing a tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Strong portfolio can suffice in lieu of a tertiary qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be in possession of a computer.

3.    IT Services

1.    Vulnerability Assessment – Conduct a vulnerability assessment for an e-commerce service including its Mobile App, website and backend

-Produce report on findings and recommendations for security features

2.    Software development – Complete the development of an e-commerce platform by i). Developing the check-out and integrating a payment gateway, ii). Add a product listing feature, iii). Add delivery feature, iv). Improve the E-Commerce’s Web and App’s layout and U/X and v). Integrate Seller’s PoS system to the platform, vi). Work closely with the vulnerability assessor to install security features

4.    Legal Advisor

Job Title: Legal Advisor

Location: Flexible

Type: Part-Time

Duration: 3-6 months

Job description

Zuba Marketing is seeking services of a Legal Advisor on a part-time basis to provide support in reviewing and drafting MoUs, Contracts, NDAs and other legally binding documents as well as providing legal advisory on a per-need basis.

Scope of Work

This position requires the incumbent to represent the company on all legal-related matters. The Legal Advisor will be required to prepare and review all legally binding documents that may be shared internally or with external partners and ensure that said documents are in adherence with the laws of the land. The Legal Advisor will also ensure all required paperwork is filed with the relevant authorities and licences remain valid at all times.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review legal documents and provide recommendations;
  • Draft MoUs, Contracts, NDA’s, and other legally binding documents;
  • Draft Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies for the company’s services
  • Provide management with legal advice;
  • Ensure that copyrights and trademarks are filed correctly and remain valid;
  • Ensure that operational licenses are filed with relevant authorities;
  • Monitoring the implementation of legal clauses;
  • Formulating formalities regarding settlements of legal disputes;
  • Represent the company on all legal-related matters;
  • Not limited to the above

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Degree in Law or related course;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Proficient with MS Office;
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
